I absolutely loved Dr. Habib's poem. Ever since I watched an episode of Morgan Spurlock's "30 Days" which featured a Christian man living the life of a Muslim man for 30 days - my perceptions and preconceived notions of the Islamic culture and relgion were completely changed. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteWeek 7 for me was a very eventful week. Our meeting with you to collaborate on our Lesson Plan I feel went very well and I am excited to see the class's reaction to the activities and videos we made. Although voci and video making aren't really my forte, it was still a lot of fun to create and I think the attitude we all had coming into it was really good as well.
ReplyDeleteWeek 7 I think was my favorite week so far! I was kind of nervous about our schedualed meeting but I had a blast and I know Erica did too. It was so funny when we tried to candidly captuer on video Erica and my process of getting together to create our lesson, and our reactions after meeting with professor Bolduc-Simpson. I hope everyone enjoys our class! We put a lot of hard work inot it!
ReplyDeleteAt first i was not happy about having to write poems but then i actualy got the hang out it and started learning how to write decent poems. I felt thats one thing I definetly learned this semester was all the different types of poems and how to write good ones.
